As a Certified Parent Coach and Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator (and mother of two!), I have spent the last seven years teaching parents how to flip the script on parenting so they can enjoy more peace, more cooperation, more connection and more joy as a parent.

How much time does this challenge take to complete?
This challenge was created specifically for busy parents. Each day, you’ll get a bite-sized, no-fluff video averaging 15 minutes—perfect to watch while waiting in the school pick-up line or having an afternoon snack (you can even speed it up!). There’s also a short worksheet each day to help you identify your triggers and patterns for long-term change.
You can complete the challenge in just 3 days (plus an optional prep day) or go at your own pace. All videos are available as soon as you join, and your access never expires.
Is this challenge just for parents?
Not at all! Anyone who struggles to control their reactions will benefit from this challenge.
How does this challenge differ from other parenting courses out there?
This challenge is short, focused, and actionable—no fluff, no overwhelm. Instead of just giving you tips, it teaches you a simple framework you can apply again and again to understand why you’re reacting and how to regain control in the moment.
Why are you the one to teach this?
Great question! Because I’ve been exactly where you are. I’m a recovering yeller—an emotional, sensitive parent who used to feel completely out of control in tough moments. I know firsthand how hard it is to break the cycle when yelling feels automatic, and I also know what actually works to change it.
Beyond my personal journey, I bring years of professional experience to the table. As a Certified Parent Coach and Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator, I’ve helped countless parents successfully shift away from yelling using the same framework I teach in this challenge. My approach is also informed by training in CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and Collaborative Problem Solving—all of which play a role in understanding and changing automatic reactions.
Through my FLIP Framework, I’ve created a clear, realistic way for parents to shift their responses, regain control, and yell less—without the overwhelm. If you’re ready to start that process, I’d love to help you get there.
Will this challenge completely stop me from yelling?
I wish I could say yes—but real change doesn’t happen overnight. This challenge isn’t about magically “curing” yelling in three days—it’s about giving you the tools, awareness, and confidence to start making real progress.
By the end of the challenge, you’ll feel relief knowing why yelling happens, more in control of your reactions, and equipped with a clear strategy to keep improving. Yelling less is an ongoing practice, but this challenge will give you the foundation to make it possible.
